Typical Installation Guide

Above is a typical installation on a normal Toyota Car...

The Rules of thumb in installation are the following:

1. The Bubbler should always be higher than the main electrolyser unit... or at least the water line should be above the top lid of the main unit;

2. The Bubbler and the Main unit must always be mounted on areas as much as possible, away from the hot spots like the exhaust manifold... If a heat shield is possible, always secure one;

3. Alway place a fuse holder of at least 15A in value;

4. Lose connections will arc and heat will build up here causing operational failure;

5. As much as possible, use none or only very little electrolyte solution in your distilled water;

6. Regulate your intake vacuum by installing a ball valve before your intake port or at your relief port either in your bubbler or your main unit;

7. Your Electrolyte Muck is cancerous, avoid skin contact, and avoid dumping it on ground soil;

8. Always check your amps draw upon every installation. 2 AMPS is fine, 5 AMPS is acceptable, more than that is not adviseable. Higher amps causes only steam and thermal runaways to occur... it is also bad for your electrical system... your wires may also burn and your alternator charging will also be affected during prolonged idling or during heavy traffic during night time usage.
