The Hyper 7 system 1 Installations

This is an installation on a Toyota Revo 1.8 EFi Sports Runner SUV. It took nearly 2 hours to finish the project.

There are no PWMS, MAP nor EFI enhancers attached to this system.

It is minimalistic, low cost and feather weight.

Total Installation cost only P8,800.00 plus P500 for labor. In USD that's only $200 more or less.

The system has a return line to recirculate the water and allow thermal exchange to occur. It also has a very stable cell, thermal runaways or meltdowns resilient.

It also has a user-friendly adjustable pressure regulator valve to control the inflow of hydroxy gas coming into the clylinders.

It is always the installation that's the most difficult part and most DIYers fail at this point.

The Hyper 7 system 1 is a simple set-up which allows easy and configurable AMPs draw and LPM flow rates to be possible according to engine size and usage.

During traffic condition, heavy road traffic driving may need less hydroxy gas, the driver may turn the system off easily with a push of a button and/or by also closing the valve.

While at high-speed traffic the engine may require more hydroxy gas inflow... the user has the freedom to open the valve all the way and turn on the system again with just a click of the button.

This unit has a water volume capacity of only 1 liter, 1/2 liter in the main cell and 1/2 liter in the bubbler reserve tank.

The Kit can be ordered with the pre-calibrated electrolyte or without it.

You can make your own, but be sure to have the necessary tools in calibrating it, like an Ampere Gauge for instance - very important.

In this case, the Revo was calibrated to run with 2 to 4 AMP at 12 to 14VDC on the cell. This is enough to provide .35 to .50 LPM of strong ionized hydroxy gas.

We can achieve a conservative 20% or more from this set up... but having more cell may increase our gains.

Horsepower and Torque is a given gain already... but the right tuning can bring more km in our odometer clock for the same amount of fuel.

The car also emits a relatively cleaner exhaust!... with very little condensed water vapor in it. It is also tolerable and not irritating to the nose nor the eyes.

This is Empowered Driving without the guilt!

Indeed, Hydroxy is the fuel of the future... but since we can't have pure HHO yet to run on our existing set-up... we can already benefit from it with a combustion enhancement technique, i.e. Fuel Enhancement - Hydroxy Induction Method.
